Improving the Quality of Baby Sleep

If you often wake up at night because the baby is sleeping less soundly, it is necessary to do several steps to improve the quality of infant sleep, including:

1. Give your bed or sleeping space comfortable
The bed is clean, comfortable, not too hot or cold and not too noisy will provide peace in infants. Babies can easily fall asleep when bedtime baby arrives.

2. Meet the needs of the baby before sleep
Give food or drink to your baby, do not let your babies are hungry when heading to bed.
