10 ways to increase fertility

1. Intimate relationship at the right time
We know, for the fertile women generally occur on the day of the 10th to the 16th, where the first day was the first day of last menstruation. Sperm cells can stay alive in the female reproductive organs during the three days, said Bill Ledger, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Sheffield. So having sex once every two days during the fertile period would be quite helpful for planning a pregnancy.

2. Time to Find Help
A woman's fertility declines after age 35 years. If you have an old early 30s and had tried to conception during the first year without any results, then consult a specialist doctor obstetrics and gynecology. If you are aged 35 years or more, consult after trying for six months without results.

3. Watch Your Diet
Both men and women should avoid excessive weight (overweight) or less weight (underweight). Weight problem can affect hormonal fertility control. Foods rich in zinc such as red meat and cereal grains can improve sperm quality.

4. Avoid Alcohol
A study revealed that five glasses of alcohol a week can affect fertility in women (with a note, five glasses of alcohol was drunk, not used the shower, hehe).

5. Stay away from cigarettes
Smoking reduces fertility of male and female. Damage is reversible for men because men produce new sperm every 70 days. However based on the British Medical Association, smoking reduces the chance of a woman for as much as 40% berkonsepsi.

6. Sex is Fun
Although women's fertile period is only about six days in a menstrual cycle. It is important to have sex at other times, says Professor Ledger. Fertility problems may interfere with marital relations. So it is important to consider that sex is a fun activity and not just the biological action to have the baby.

7. Be Romantic
Severe stress caused by many things like for example a divorce (duh, how come this instance, anyway?) Can interfere with ovulation (release of egg cells) for 3-4 months. But every day stress that can be caused by work or other matters will not affect ovulation. Effect on fertility is stress makes people mad or 'bad mood' and do not want to have sex. Overcome this problem by planning a romantic dinner or a fun activity during weekends.

8. Forget the old myths
Forget the myths about raising your buttocks after intercourse or after berhubuangan intimate. Or can not move for 30 minutes after the male ejaculation. Chemically sperm will be attracted into the cervical mucus, in a few seconds after ejaculation, they were safe in transit. If indeed there is an exit, it may not contain viable sperm. Up to now not found a position that ensures the conception will be successful, says Professor Ledger.

9. Keep the 'They' Stay Cool
Sitting all day can disturb the fertility of sperm. Heat can cause damage to sperm. The testes should be at a temperature of 1-2 degrees cooler than body temperature. Professor Ledger recommended to rest for 50-10 minutes every hour with a walk to cool the sperm-producing areas. And remember, never assume a laptop or a stove that was burning!

10. Sexual Health Watch
Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, can interfere with fertility. If you have a risk of having an STD then consult with your doctor immediately.
